Changing the way human beings navigate critical life transitions.

Changing the way human beings navigate critical life transitions.

Whether you are facing a major life transition, a health challenge, or the responsibility of leading others, I help you find the courage to move forward with peace.

Change in life is inevitable. Losing yourself in the process is not.

Long before I spent more than sixteen years supporting patients and families through their hardest moments, I had already lived my own.

I have sat with people in a hospital room, in a difficult conversation, in someone's darkest hour. That is where I learned what actually helps, not theory, but presence, values, and tools that hold up under real pressure.

Today, I bring all of it into RP7™, and into every person I coach, every audience I speak to, every team I guide.

The RP7™ Framework

RP7™ blends core values, nervous system tools, mindset work, and practical coaching for life, health, and leadership into one practice you can use anywhere.

Where RP7™ is Lived

Life

Life rarely unfolds exactly as planned. Grief, divorce, career shifts, and uncertainty can affect every part of it. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Health

A diagnosis affects more than the body. It reaches caregivers too. Whether it's yours or someone you love, you don't have to face it alone.

Leadership

Leadership can carry a hidden cost. Burnout, sleepless nights, and a mind that never turns off can quietly affect your health. You don't have to carry it alone.

“No matter where we come from or what challenges we face, the human need for peace, clarity,

and connection remains the same.”

Meet Atala

Perhaps you're here because life changed in ways you never expected. You're doing your best to hold everything together while carrying more than anyone can see. I know that place well.

I arrived in the United States as a single mother with my five-year-old son and two suitcases. I had no car, no job, and no money in the bank.

Just as I began rebuilding my life, one unexpected transition after another followed. I faced a custody battle and the financial hardship that came with it, the kidnapping of my father, his later death from cancer, and the unexpected loss of my brother.

Those experiences tested me in ways I never expected. Yet through each one, I discovered values that became my anchor, giving me the strength to keep going when life asked more of me than I thought I could give.

Years later, I brought those same values into my work, serving international patients and families for more than sixteen years. Through thousands of conversations, I discovered that people needed more than medical care. They needed human connection, a safe space to express what they were carrying, and something to hold onto when life felt uncertain.

No matter the culture, fear is fear. Pain is pain. And the need for peace is universal.
